Do you run background checks on your candidates?
Every applicant is reference checked based on the work history provided by the applicant. In addition, Trusted Nurse Staffing conducts a nationwide and state criminal background check, social security trace and a 10-panel drug screen on each employee prior to starting an assignment. The candidate is run through the sex offender database, OIG, OMIG and SAM/EPLS databases and we verify their license is active and in good standing with the professional board of nursing for each state in which they hold a license. Additional background checks are available upon request.
What if I am not satisfied with an employee placed by Trusted Nurse Staffing?
We realize that not every job is a fit for every person and sometimes that is not clear until the person is working. Our temporary to hire program provides an opportunity for you to see an employee in the work setting and determine if they will be someone you want to hire. If you are not satisfied with an employee, we can replace them. We also offer direct placement services and guarantees vary based on the contract for each client.
